Returns & Refund

We hope to provide services that are beneficial to all our customers, and hope that all customers are satisfied with every purchase. In some cases, you may want to return some items. Please read the return policy below and we will try our best to help you. We provide a 30-day warranty on all products.

Return process:
Please submit a return request to our customer service department at service@kaegreel.com, and specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
Hand in your package at the local post office.
Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns reasons Solution

Defective/Manufacturing Defects/Quality Issues, 

Wrong item received (wrong/missing item from the package), 

Parcel damaged on arrival

Refundable, we are responsible for the return shipping fee,

Or resend a new pair.

Doesn't fit me (wrong size/color ordered), 

Changed opinion (item no longer desired)

Refundable, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Incorrect shipping information Please check your shipping information when you place orders and let us know if you want to change the shipping information.
Other (Please specify in additional notes) Please contact us, we will try our best to help you.

 

Return Address:
Please contact us if you wish to return items to the nearest return address. You will receive an answer as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refunds:
By default, a refund goes to your original funding source.

Refund of arrival time for different payment methods:

Payment method Refund time after approval
PayPal  Within 1 business day.
Credit Card The refund will be made within one business day. However, it may take 7-14 days for the bank transaction to show on your account.
Note: Please check the account flow by yourself first, make sure that the transaction is not recorded, and submit a check to paypal or the issuing bank of the card you paid. If you are still sure you did not receive this refund transaction, please contact us.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
